1. Your Satisfaction Guarantee

All goods supplied are guaranteed against defective parts, materials or workmanship for 30 days or according to the manufacturers warranty.

Should you order the wrong size item we will happily replace it for you provided it has not been used and is in the same condition as supplied. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Important Note  

Some products may at certain times of year experience delays in supply due to the specialist nature of the sport. You will be kept fully informed of any back orders and will be offered a suitable alternative or the option to cancel your order if we are unable to supply within a reasonable time scale.

We are based in Llanberis, North Wales - on the doorstep of Snowdonia National Park . Our adventure sports shop on the lake shore is open seven days a week, from 9.30am to 5.30pm, so just drop in to see us and discover more about our programme of adventure courses.

2. Methods of Payment 

After ordering online, you may choose to pay in any of the following ways:

• By credit card (your details are securely encrypted before being transmitted)
• By sending credit card details separately
• By requesting an invoice & sending payment before delivery

You are prompted for your choice of payment after completing your online order form.

3. UK Customers Delivery Details 

We carry a large amount of stock and aim to deliver stock items within 4 to 5 days. Should your item not be in stock we will keep you fully informed by email, usually 7 days (approx.) after your order is placed. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you have the option of a refund.

Collections 

Collection of orders can be arranged from our Premises which are conveniently located in the heart of the National Park

4.   Instructions for Return of Goods

If the product you have ordered is the wrong size we will gladly replace it as long as it is unused and in the same condition as new. You are responsible for returning the goods to us and the costs involved.

If you are returning faulty or damaged goods please follow the same procedure enclosing a copy of your receipt.

• Write a note including your name, address and Tel no. explaining the return.
•  Package the goods securely.
•  Return to us at the following address

Finding Us

Llanberis is only 10 minutes' drive from the A55 trunk road - look for the signs to Llanberis at the Bangor exit. From the A5, follow the Llanberis signs over the Pass, until you reach the village. Drive along the lakeshore on the main road, until you see the "Surf Lines" sign on the right.

On reaching Llanberis, look for the "Surf Lines" sign on the main road at the entrance to the village.
